3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual person may hold only one registered account on jil17. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). jil17 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a clear photographic copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PhilSys) National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Driver's Licence issued by the LTO, SSS ID, PRC Professional ID, or Philippine Passport. jil17 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil17 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jil17 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.1 All deposits on jil17 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jil17 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at jil17's discretion.
4.2 The minimum deposit on jil17 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
4.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts owned by family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4.4 jil17 does not charge fees on deposits, though individual payment providers (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transfer fees, for which jil17 bears no responsibility.
4.5 jil17 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made using stolen payment credentials, or in breach of these Terms.
5.1 Withdrawal requests on jil17 will only be processed for fully KYC-verified accounts. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount on jil17 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Verified accounts submitting withdrawal requests to GCash, PayMaya, or local Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) can expect funds to be credited within 1–3 business hours under normal processing conditions, excluding Philippine public holidays.
5.4 jil17 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Processing of the affected withdrawal will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of the additional verification.
5.5 Any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw such funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.1 jil17 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, eligibility criteria, and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all jil17 bonuses: (a) bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion period; (b) bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or redeemed for cash without satisfying wagering requirements; (c) jil17 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible participants.
6.3 Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to manipulate wagering requirements, or colluding with other players during wagering — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
7.1 All games on the jil17 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified by the relevant game providers.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, server error, or game crash — jil17 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's jil17 wallet.
7.3 jil17 game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be submitted to jil17 support within 72 hours of the game in question.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil17 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jil17 platform, including any loss of winnings, data, or profits.

11.3 jil17 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions (including GCash, PayMaya, or banking partners), and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability.
12.1 jil17 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jil17, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jil17 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, necessary for payment processing and KYC verification, or as disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 jil17 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jil17 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your jil17 account and/or a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 Your continued use of the jil17 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your jil17 account before the effective date of the changes.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the jil17 platform shall first be submitted to jil17's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, the parties may pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law.
